Terms & Conditions of Sales

1. Object

These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of remote booking of services offered by our establishment. They govern all the steps necessary for booking and managing the booking between the contracting parties.

The customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions of sale as well as the conditions of the reserved rate before any booking confirmation.

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all bookings made via our online booking platform.


2. Reservation

The customer selects the services presented on our booking platform. They acknowledge having read and understood the nature, destination, and booking terms of the services offered.

The client is solely responsible for their choice of services and their suitability for their needs. The reservation is considered accepted upon completion of the booking process.

All reservations are nominative and cannot be transferred to a third party without the prior agreement of the establishment.


3 Booking Process

Reservations are made via the online booking form available on our platform.

The customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. After payment or bank guarantee has been validated and these terms and conditions have been accepted, the reservation becomes final.

The establishment reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event of refused, fraudulent or incomplete payment.


4. Booking Confirmation

Each reservation is subject to a confirmation email summarizing the services reserved, the prices applied, the terms of sale and the contact details of the establishment.


5 Cancellation Conditions

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code.

Applicable cancellation conditions:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date.

• In case of cancellation between 15 days and 2 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

• In case of cancellation less than 2 days before the arrival date, no-show or early departure, the entire reserved stay will be charged.

Any changes to the reservation remain subject to the agreement of the establishment and to availability.


6 Arrival – Departure – Room Occupancy

Rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Guests can leave their luggage before check-in time, upon request and subject to availability.

Arrivals take place between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Any arrival after 9:00 PM must be reported and accepted in advance by the establishment.

After completing the arrival formalities and collecting their key, guests can freely access the hotel and return to their room after the reception closes, including late at night.

Check-out must be before 11:00 AM. Any late check-out must be authorized in advance by the establishment and may be subject to an additional charge, up to the price of an extra night.

The customer will be required to present a valid form of identification upon arrival.

The establishment reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.


7. Internal Regulations – Nuisances – Prohibitions

The establishment is entirely non-smoking.

Animals are not allowed on the premises.

For reasons of hygiene, safety and comfort, the establishment reserves the right to prohibit the consumption of hot meals in the rooms.

Valid identity cards or passports will be systematically requested upon arrival for all occupants of the room. No arrival will be accepted without presentation of a valid identity document.

Anyone caught smoking in the establishment or who triggered the fire alarm due to inappropriate behavior will be charged a flat fee of 99 euros to cover the costs of deodorization, intervention and possible immobilization of the room.

Any suspicious odor, particularly related to tobacco, illicit substances or any other abnormal olfactory nuisance, may result in immediate exclusion from the establishment without refund.

Any damage, deterioration, disappearance of an object or exceptional cleaning may be subject to additional charges.

The customer agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the establishment and the neighborhood. Any noise disturbance, aggressive, disrespectful, or indecent behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the establishment without refund.

Unauthorized parties and gatherings are prohibited.


8 Payment

The customer provides their bank details as a guarantee of reservation, unless otherwise specified.

Payment for the stay can be made by credit card, cash or any other means accepted by the establishment.

For certain rates or special offers, partial or full prepayment may be required at the time of booking.

In the event of a guaranteed reservation and no-show by the customer, the fees stipulated in these cancellation conditions will be automatically charged.


9 Prizes

Prices are shown in euros including VAT.

Tourist tax is not included unless otherwise stated and must be paid directly to the establishment.

Any changes to legal or regulatory taxes will automatically be reflected in the prices.


10. Responsibility

The establishment cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, actions of the client, a third party, an internet or banking network problem, or any event beyond its control.

Any irregular, fraudulent or incomplete reservation or payment may be cancelled without notice.


11 Personal data

The information collected is used solely for the purpose of managing reservations and customer relations in accordance with current regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

Bank details are processed securely via approved payment providers.


12 Complaints

Any complaint relating to the stay must be addressed in writing to the establishment as soon as possible and, if possible, within 14 days of departure, accompanied by the relevant supporting documents.


13. Force majeure

Force majeure is understood to mean any external, unforeseeable and insurmountable event preventing the normal performance of contractual obligations.


14 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.


15. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions

All reservations imply full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
